Víctor Solana is a figurative painter, graphic novelist and illustrator. He journeys into a world of doubt, anguish and torment with his darkly intense artwork.

He’s graduate in Fine Arts by San Carlos University in Valencia and since he has focused his work on paint, comic and illustration with a clear figurative and dark aesthetics.
Since 2009 he has done several solo shows at different cities in Spain such as Valencia, Zaragoza and Madrid. His work has been awarded with several honors and in 2014 won the price for The Younger than 35 years old Painter by “Aragon´s Critics Association” in order to his show “De un viaje intuitivo hacia uno más consciente” at IAACC Pablo Serrano, in Zaragoza.
Among his most recent and significant shows there be “They make love in the name of Devil” at Swinton Gallery (Madrid, 2019).
In 2019 he has published his first Graphic novel, “EL SUBSUELO” (GP Ediciones). His novel has been awarded withe The Best Comic book and The Best Art Work by Zaragoza Comic Fair.
At present he has published his first illustration book, “Yo no viví la Recopa” and he began to develop his second Graphic novel.
